Vaughan Chapman was born in Vancouver BC and now lives in Surrey where she writes poetry, short fiction, short creative non-fiction, journals, and letters. She is a member of the Creative Nonfiction Collective and of Haiku Canada. She also sings with the White Rock Singers, a community choir.
Several months ago, I found out that one of my poems had been chosen for inclusion in an anthology of love poems to be published by Leaf Press. That anthology, beautifully titled The Wild Weathers: a gathering of love poems, will be available for purchase in February. Click here for more details.
January 26, 2012: Readings by the Salish Sea presents Cynthia Kerkham Woodman, author of Good Holding Ground (Palimpsest Press), at Pelican Rouge Coffee House, 15142 North Bluff Road, White Rock, BC. This event is free and begins at 7:30 p.m. but come early for a cup of fine coffee or tea and a sweet or savoury treat.
